DANNEVIRKE is drinking to its upgraded wastewater plant and its outfall. In fact, if people could get their heads around the issue of where the water comes from, they could drink the toast in the outflow water...

The Zeeweed process, from Canada's Zenon Environmental, had previously used on only one site south of the Equator, in Australia. At an estimated $3.38 million and built 1.6 percent under that, it "certainly wasn't the cheapest".
