Food Quality Management NZ Limited has certified the performance results of Homespring™ Central Water Purifiers and indicates that they are effectively in compliance with the AS/NZS 4348 Standard and the ANSI/NSF Standards 42 and 53.

The AS/NZS 4348 Standard is recognizsed by the NZ Ministry of Health for treating water from bores and surface water.

The results and reports show that these units can remove:

Bacteria	> 99.99999 % reduction against E. coli bacteria
Viruses	> 99.999 % reduction against MS-2 Coliphage
Protozoa	> 99.95 % reduction against Cryptosporidium parvum
Chlorine reduction	> 65 % reduction (UFC-207 unit)
Turbidity reduction	< 0.10 NTU exiting unit (against an influent of 10 to 18 NTU)
